A specialist in the retail real estate industry since 1992 Tracie started her career with Pepsi and its Taco Bell Restaurant Division as an Associate Real Estate Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. From there she became the Director of Real Estate for The Italian Oven based in Latrobe, PA eventually joining Boston Market and Einstein Bagels in their Pittsburgh office. As Director of Real Estate she was responsible for strategic market planning and site development of Einstein Bagels and Boston Market in Western PA and Eastern Ohio.
After her corporate career Tracie owned her own Real Estate Development Consulting business doing specialty national tenant representation, leasing, sales and market development consulting. She has provided services to companies such as DSW Shoes, McDonald’s, Bob Evans, Boston Market, Captec, Handel’s Ice Cream, Einstein Bagels, Davidson’s Beauty Supply, Kabloom Flowers, Pizza Outlet, Bruster’s, and smaller developers.
Tracie joins Bovard Anderson to assist in the growth of its Commercial and Retail Real Estate Division. Her background in business and law will continue to be strengths in her new position. She hopes to be instrumental on the leasing and sales side as well as provide development consulting services.
Prior to moving to the U.S. Tracie practiced corporate/commercial law with one of Canada’s largest law firms, McCarthy, Tetrault in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and spent time in Munich Germany in the North American legal division of the Munich Reinsurance Company. She also spent a year serving as a Clerk for the Justices to the Ontario Court of Appeals. Tracie has a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Planning from the University of Windsor, Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics at the University of Western Ontario where she also played Collegiate Tennis.
A resident of the Beaver area, Tracie served on the PTG Board for Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School in Beaver, PA chairing two very successful Art Auction fundraisers for the school. She has also served as the Unit Advancement Chair for the Local Boy Scouts of America. She is a Past Vice-President of the Peek “n Peak Downhill Ski Racing Team in New York. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and a PA Licensed Realtor. Tracie also fundraises for Sewickley Academy Robotics Team and Gala.
