Beverly Pietrandrea

Beverly Pietrandrea has been with Bovard-Anderson since 2005 and has learned that being a great listener is what it takes to find the right home for her clients.  Beverly is always 100% committed in creating a positive atmosphere for each of her clients through all real estate transactions whether they are buying or selling a home, commercial building or investment property.

Beverly is a native of West Aliquippa and she is the last of seven children to Walter and Alice Szedny. In 1972 her family moved to Center Township which she calls home.  Beverly and her husband of 33 years, Philip, left the area in 1984 and relocated to Kentucky and Georgia, but returned in 1999.  She now resides in Brighton Township with the two most important men in her life, her husband Philip and son Adam.

Beverly has been very active in the community since her return having been involved in the following organizations; Boy Scout of America, Salvation Army Table, President of New Horizon PTO, Special Education Teacher for CCD at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic in Beaver, various church events, Special Olympics, Russian Orphanage Project, Beaver County Habitat of Humanity Board of Directors, ARC of Greater Pittsburgh and Achieva Board of Directors.
