Bovard-Anderson provides property management for more than 700 rental units in Beaver County, encompassing single-family homes, multi-unit apartments, and small-to high-end commercial buildings. Our approach eliminates the need for you to worry about the day-to-day operations and care of your properties. We can tailor any combination of services to suit your needs, depending on how involved you wish to be.
Using sophisticated technology, we track maintenance schedules and provide you with a statement each month showing income and expenses for your property. On your behalf, we will:
- Advertise and show your property;
- Run credit checks and background reviews;
- Write your lease, escrow security deposits, collect rent and coordinate lease renewals;
- Pay your bills;
- Handle all maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using our full-time maintenance coordinator;
- Inspect property when tenants leave and prepare property for re-renting;
- Administer evictions;
- Send your monthly statement, including profit on your investment, prepared by our full-time controller;
- Create 1099 year-end statement needed for your tax returns.
One Time Rentals
If you prefer to handle all your own management functions, we can simply help you find tenants. We will:
- Advertise and show your investment property;
- Run credit checks and background reviews;
- Write your lease; and
- Turn it over to you to manage from there.
